Hello and welcome to HCM,
For weight reduction, you need to look after your diet as well as exercise regularly.
Initially, cardiovascular or aerobic exercises to reduce weight.
The diet should also be tailored.
Carbohydrates and fats have to be avoided.
Take plenty of fluids, fiber rich foods and proteins.
Avoid carbohydrate rich food in the evening and in dinner.
You need to consult a dietician and gym instructor for exercises suitable for you.

Thanks and take care
