What Are The Different Ways To Gain Weight ?

hi i am 28 years old ,6.2 in height but weigh only 62 kgs.i have been trying to gain weight for the last 10-15 years.last 1 year i had joined gym also & taking supplements & all sorts of food post & pre workout as per my instructor ,still i couldn`t gain a single kg.both my mom & dad are well built.why this is happening to me only?

1.You nutrition may not be adequate wrt your workout intensity , duration
2. Genetics : As mentioned by you, if parents are fine, may be grandparent have this tendency.
3. Get your thyroid function test done.

Dear Doctor,

Thanks for your answer,my pre workout consists of 3 scoops of supplement & 2 bannanas & post workout :3 boiled eggs,4 bannanas,4 scoops of protein supplement,20 soya seeds & 1 apple,rest i eat avg 200gms of chicken/mutton almost everyday with rice & dal in my lunch & dinner.

i workout for 1 hour 4 days a week with light cardio ,arms & squat exercises.
is doing thyroid test a must?
