What Are The Early Signs Of Ear Infection ?
High Fever for several days with no cold symptom, then ear infection My 5 year old had been running a high temp for 3 days. She had no other symptoms in the beginning but on the 3rd day she started coughing/vomiting so i took her to her ped. turned out she had an ear infection. On day 4 my 2 year old started running a high temperature - I took him to the same ped. he doesn t have a cold/congestion/ear infection. Now on day 5 i notice he s snoring while he s sleeping? I m thinking that he might end up wiht an ear infection, but where is it hiding? Where are the signs???

Ear infection i one thing which shows very late symptoms specially in small children. The child avoids sleeping on the painful ear and there might be some pus like discharge from the ear at the later stage.High fever is associated with it.
