What Are The Effects Of Excess Sodium Intake?

Doctor....my brother is a 36 year old male that excersises moderately probably 2-3 times week. He weighs 200-205 pounds, and is about 6 feet tall. He chews roughly 3-4 bags of Frito Lay Sunflower seeds a week that contain 4200 mg of sodium per bag. How bad is this for his health?

FIrstly it can affect his Mouth. High sodium intake affects thyroid levels also blood sodium levels raises Blood pressure and can risk at heart disease. It can hyperthyroidism and goitre. High sodium levels is risked with Heart diseases. Also it can affect brain also. Avoid sodium through table salt , no papad,pickle, no chiwda, chakli. Don't add salt in salads, fruits. No bakery items or processed cheese or butter.
