What Are The Effects Of Taking 2 Allergy Pill Within 11 Hours?

I accidentally took two 24 hour allergy pills in the span of about 11 hours. I forgot that I was only supposed to take it once a day, and it ended up with the rest of the medicines I have to take. I was just wondering if there's anything that I need to do. If it helps to know, I've taken two Ibuprofen, two generic Omnicefs (300mg), and flonase spray, along with the allergy pills.

Hello
As you mentioned that you are taking omnicef (300 mg ) ibuprofen and flonase for nasal spray .
You took two allergy pills , that were meant for 24 hours and unknowningly 2 pills at a time . As anti allergic pills are very safe and if taken in higher dosage they produces sedation , dryness in the mouth , dizziness , confusion .
But this is not a cause of concern .
You may also feel drowsiness ( excess sleep ).
In my opinion need not to consult any one .
Only time will help in recovery .
