Hi Sir, Kindly guide me with following, Usg Pelvis(TAS and TVS) As under:- Urinary bladder:-Normal,No Calculus,No Cystitis,No mass lesion UTERUS:-Normal anterverted.There is evidence of approx.10*9 mm sized hypoechoice lesion noted in anterior wall of body of uterus,possibility of fibroid.combined endometrial thickness 7mm-within normal limits. No adnexal mass lesion on either side. No free fluid in pelvis. Kindly Give me your valuable suggestion for treatment. Thank you
Your report suggests that there is hypoechoic lesion measuring 10*9 mm in anterior wall of uterus and p/o it is due to fibroid .Fibroid is benign tumour of uertus. You should consult your doctor about its management.It depends upon symptoms and size. Rest of the findings are normal.
