What Are The Grape Like Objects And Blood In My Stools?

i just saw white and brown grape like things in my stool. They were floating. I have not eaten anything like that recently. I have also noticed blood when i use the restroom but only when I wipe still quite a bit of blood. the grape like objects are what scares me. My mother has Chrones
