Your baby being "upside down", called breech, is very common in premature babies. 99% of babies will turn to the head down position by 36 weeks, and if the baby remains breech the only issue is that you would have to be delivered by c-section because it is not safe to give birth vaginally with a breech baby. So the baby being breech at this age is completely normal and does not cause birth defects. However, low fluid around the baby, depending on how low it is, can be a sign of a problem. I would suggest you ask your doctor exactly how low the fluid is. If the doctor says you have oligohydramnios, which is a very abnormal low fluid level, I would recommend you see a high risk pregnancy specialist. Severe low fluid at such an early age can be a sign that you broke your water without knowing it, or other problems including problems with the placenta or birth defects of the baby like kidney problems. If you haven't had one yet, you really should get a full ultrasound of the baby's anatomy to make sure all it's parts are normal. Continuing regular prenatal appointments and asking your doctor questions (write them down so you can remember when you go) is a good way to make sure you and your baby are getting the best car possible. Hope this is helpful, and good luck
