What Are The Home Remedies For Fever, Vomiting And Loose Motions?

Hello Dr.
My son is suffering from fever, loose motion and vomit since from 4 days, may i know whats the reason behind it and give some home remedies to cure it. one thing Dr., that am taking Registrone tablet for my irregular cycle is this is also one of the reason behind it?

I really appreciate your concern the diarrhea and vomiting is almost self limiting symptoms and seldom need any treatment the only concern is hydration you need to keep the watch of dehydration if this is there then it need to be corrected, for the fever "Acetaminophen" can be given only if the temperature goes beyond 100 F, for the vomiting "Domeperidone" can be given, hope this information helps you have nice day.
