i'am a 17 years old guy. and I've never had sex. so I masturbate about 3 to 5 times a day. I should till you that I Never eat vegetables or fruit or any kind of meat. my eating system is just about milk and bread and rice with a bit of juice with outer things some times.

hello dear , masturbating too much may lead to psychological problems like feeling of guilt. your most of time is consumed in thinking about and doing the act.there are no physical symptoms if you have proper diet.diverting the sexual energy to some creative work or doing physical exercise or playing some games like badminton will help.
