What Are The Ill Effects Of Masturbation?

I'm 33 male I had the habit of masturbation since 14.Nowadays I'm getting sometimes severe pain on the left groin and more over both the testicles are not in same position.I did stopped the habit of masturbating and got married a year back
and the thing is I'm not able to last longer during intercourse we are planning for child and at times I masturbate if i'm out of station and i feel guilty about it and feel again I have wasted my energy
Can you give us advise how to overcome this and get healthy

I can understand your concern for your symptoms, masturbation is not a bad think, it is also like sex, only issue is since you don't need a partner for masturbation you tend to do a lot depending on your mood.

Negative effects of masturbation:
1.     Weakness of physical power
2.     Poor vision
3.     Damages to the sexual organs and impotence
4.     Lack of memory and forgetfulness
5.     Aggression and anger
6.     Prefers loneliness there are ways you can reduce your masturbation

1.     Sex education
2.     Physical exercises
3.     Sleep adjustment
4.     Quality of sleep
5.     Healthy and balanced diet
6.     Programming for leisure time
7.     Development of spirituality
8.     Taking a cold bath these are easy methods, if your issue persist you need a meet a psychiatrist in person.
