What Are The Lumps On My Sons Neck?

Son hit TOP of head last Tuesday, went to ER, said contusion no concussion (if so, mild) - did not lose consciousness, has not thrown up, acting normal (for him). Now has lump in middle of lower neck, top spine area below hairline. And one jelly like bump on left side of neck. Emergency or no? Acting normal still, when too wild (for a 3 yr old) acts like has a headache and possibly dizzy. Keeping him calm like I have all week.

Kindly do not ignore it. There could be a serious injury to neck.x ray of the neck? CT scan may be needed to rule out anycraniovertebral injury.
