What Are The Medications For Constipation, Piles, Bloating And Back Pain?

good evening I am suffering from constipation, piles, bloating, gas, and pain in lower back right side also. Please advice any suitable medicine as now I take some time lactifibre but next day after stool, bloating and pain resist again after breakfast I go for a morning walk for one hour daily. Hello I would you take polyethylene glycol available as PEGRED. Do you have rectal bleeding in case yes then i would advise you to get a rectal exam to confirm that it is form the piles.
