What Are The Medications For Vomiting, Lightheadedness And Lower Back Pain?

I am feeling very vomity on and off getting light headed on and off and my lower back near my sides is very painful it has been two weeks I thought uti so I have been drinking cranberry juice and taking ran berry pills but nothing is helping and I don't have health insurance

If this is just the symptom of vomiting then it could be due to several reasons, may not be due to illness, it could be due to dyspepsia and hyperacidity and this is the most common condition. Most of the time it is the just one or two bout of vomiting which is nonspecific, persistence vomiting demands the medical attention.
