What Are The Medications Required For Stomach Pain And Vomiting Of A 5 Year Old Child?

hi, my 5-year-ol daughter is complaining of tummy pain and uneasiness since yesterday evening...she has vomited 4 times till this moment. not passed loose motions as of yet. had take her to the doctor who recommended ondem syrup 5 ml and rantac tablets if uneasiness persists. she is unable to keep rantac down. I hav given her ondem twice already, don't know what else to do. she weighs 25kgs. I am keeping her hydrated with electrolytes. pls help

Greetings of the day

If there are no other associated complaints like Fever and loss of appetite which could denote inflammatory intra-abdominal pathology there seems to be no cause for concern. Also Urinary complaints are to be ruled out too.
In the absence of above two, its likely to be non specific intestinal colic which should settle down. Also giving antispasmodic like Hyoscine butyl bromide will provide the much needed relief.
