SOME TIME I FELT THAT MY CONDOM ONLY COVERED MY GLANCE OF PENNIS ,
I AM AFRAID OF HIV.

Hello
As you mentioned that it is glans which is covered with condom during sex is wrong . Mostly half or more than this is covered with condom ( penis ).
If penis don't have any cut or bruise , there is no way to get HIV infection .
Sucking of breast or other part don't causes HIV infection because saliva contains endogenous antiviral factors . In your case , if you taken every precaution as condom not broken, no cut on penis or in mouth , there is no chance of getting HIV infection by you.
