What Are The Options For Arthritis In Shoulder?

I have been diagnosed with rotator cuff arthropathy. My orthopedist suggests a total reverse shoulder replacement. I am hesitant, because results don t seem to be very promising, and I also have arthritis in my other shoulder. Are there other options? Might the pain go away with just physical therapy?

You can go for strengthening exercises of shoulder ass uploaded on you tube.

Go for plasma rich platelet injection in shoulder joint.
