What Are The Possible Treatments For Incontinence ?

I have had a really bad cough now for what seems like months, my job involves a lot of talking as I m a driving instructor, to which i have lost my voice 3 times within the last year. I ve now been off work for nearly 3 weeks. Just this week i have lost my voice it 3 times, I ve been to the doctors twice now, and phoned nhs line once, one has given Beconase nasal spray, another lansoprazole, and the nhs advice taking codin lintus to suppress the cough. I have had chest xray but waiting the results. I now have problems with incontinence, which is becomming very embarrassing. Could you please give any more advice as this is driving me crazy. Very concerned non smoker 41year old.
