Hi..i had inner thigh rashes but after that i had itching on them and with time got it on ma vaginial lips and uterus too...i have done lots of itching there now that part had rashes all aroung look like a burnt skin.. Most likely you might be having ringworm infection of your groin and genital area. This needs to be confirmed with your doctor. Once confirmed, treatment includes application of anti fungal creams and keeping your genitals clean and dry after baths. Wear loose cotton inner wear to prevent moisture formation.
