What Are The Possible Treatments For Malaria ?
Hi my name is Anthony writing from Nigeria.
My wife is just recovering from sore throat but my 3 yrs 8 month son suddenly developed fever with nodes around the neck.His temperature is as high as 38.2 degree centigrade.
I am treating Malaria with Coartem as well as giving him Ibuprofen and Paracetamol 5ml 8hrly .
I am at a loss what else I can do

I would suggest you to consult a Pediatrician if the intensity of fever does not subside even after 24 hours of starting of antimalarial.
After 15 minutes of administering antipyretic , tepid sponging with water at room temperature will be helpful.
