Hello Doctor I am 43 year old. I think i have pile problem. I can sit properly it hurts secondly i have heart burn all the time even though i took medicin for heart burn but it comes back again. so what are the precaution should i take for my health Thanks

Use Diltiact gel ( Diltiazem 2% Gel) Sun Pharma.  Or Diltigesic gel ( Diltiazem 2% Gel) Troikaa Pharma for the application in your anal cavity..its a immediate relief possible a permanent one..

Treat your heartburn first, and then see if piles problem goes off. Get an examination done for the piles problem to see if its external or internal and get treatment for it. Avoid fried food, oily foods, and spicy foods.
