What Are The Reasons For Acne In Infants?

I was trying to do a little research for my daughter concerning infant acne, she just gave birth to twin boys and is also breast feeding, is there really a connection? Also read that it is more prevalent in male infants, is that true. Is this due to hormones being transferred to the infant through breast milk?
