What Are The Reasons For Having Abdominal Cramps, Blood In Stool And Vomiting?

what would cause a adult 47 in age to throw up blood and poop blood? he has severe abdominal cramps. the cramps and flu like symptoms have been on going for over a week and the throwing up blood and pooping blood is now going on a day. please give us any info. we have already been to a dr and was told it was the common flu.

It seems that you are having acute infectious enteritis for which you require a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole along with some pre and probiotic. Also keep your hydration level well by taking lots of fluids in your diet
