What Are The Reasons For Having Severe Pain On Left Side Of Vaginal Wall And Feeling Of Lump Inside?

i have a severe pain on my left side of vaginal wall almost near the anal rectum I can feel a lump I had a pam smear just recently and was normal my dr recommended a ultrasound. but the pain is getting untollerable
I am getting worried of what it could be it hearts to walk sit and even sleep

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Fistula in ano giving rise this problem.
Consult surgeon and get physically examined.
Mean while take anti-inflammatory medicine to get relief from pain.
Avoid constipation.
Ok and take care.
