What Are The Reasons For Having White Coating On Tongue, Cough, Shortness Of Breath And Teeth Impressions On Side Of Tongue?

I have a white coating on my tongue. I find that I can brush it off but it returns. I'm just now getting over a fever and chest congestion. I am a smoker and I do still have a slight cough along with shortness of breath. I've also noticed I have teeth impressions on the side of my tongue.

hello. it is likely that you are dehydrated and i would recommend you take lots of water/ fluids to help you. please get back to me if your symptoms dont resolve with this. thanks
