What Are The Reasons For Pain In Lower Abdomen And Bleeding After Having Sex?

sometime when me n my boyfriend have sex it hurts the bottom part of my stomach very bad sometimes we have to stop the pain is to intense. as well dismorning we had sex and afterwards my lower stomach hurt again and a few hours later i started to bleed like a normal period whats going on?

Hi,

The pain and discomfort you are feeling during/after having sex is related to:

- vaginal/cervical infection
- urinary tract infection

I'd suggest to:

- consult a gynecologist for further physical examination
- do urine analysis
- do vaginal swab testing
- do abdominal/transvaginal ultrasound

to rule out/diagnose possible uro-genital infection.

Bleeding could be related to infection and injury/trauma during sex.

You might need oral and local treatment. Keep good genitalia hygiene, drink more water and have the medications as prescribed by your physician regularly.
