What Are The Reasons For Pain In Right Side Of Stomach, Bloating And Blood In Stool?

Just have a rather dull /uncomfortable pain in right side of stomach and sort of feels like bloating. I have also noticed jelly like stool with veins of what appears to be blood......I have a Dr. appointment tomorrow but just thought i'd make sure it wasn't anything more serious.

Causes could be various from ulcers, polyps, diveticulosis, chronic conditions like irritabl3 bowel syndrome, and many others. Only a detailed history and colonoscopy would help establish the diagnosis.
