What Are The Reasons Of 3.5 Month Old Baby Having Blood In Stool?

My doughter is 3.5 month old and having blood in stool. Had 5-6 time blod in last 1 month. I have left all dairy products. Her stool culture shows sensitive. Occult blood is present. She passes stool in every 12 hrs. We are giving her zinconia 1.25 ml twice a day
