What Are The Reasons Of Missing Periods For 2 Months, Stomach Pains, Bloating And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

I don't know if I'm pregnant. I have taken a pregnancy test and it came out negative, but I still don't know. I haven't had my period for about 2 1/2 months and I feel like my stomach is getting bigger. I've been having really bad stomach pains lately as well.

Hi, thanks for using HCM.

To rule out/confirm pregnancy please conduct a urine pregnancy test, which can be done at home. The best time to conduct this test would be 2 weeks after last sexual contact or on the first or second day of a missed period. Please use an early morning urine sample for this test, this will be most accurate. It is also recommended to repeat this test 2-3 times to confirm a result. blood HCG test more sensitive to detect pregnancy.
You can get ultrasound abdomen for diagnosing bloated abdomen.
Consult your doctor for examination and prescription of medication.
