Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a hemorrhage in the gastrointestinal tract. I don't think they are related to the medications that you are taking. Some advices that I can give to you are:
-A complete blood count
-A stool test
-An endoscopy to rule out the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
