What Are The Red Rashes On Anticutital Area With Dryness?
I recently had ACDF, I have had rash on antecutital area in roundish red pattern with dryness, no itching, the rash extends up and down in bumps. I also have very dry face, arms and abdomen. I eat really natural and I do not take any new medications nor have I started using any new lotions, soaps or cleaning products. I only take fish oil, aspirin , biotin and occasional pain medicine. I have never had any sort of skin problems. I am 34 and really healthy besides spine problems caused by an mva. Any clue of what this could be
It may be atopic dermatitis most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. There may be some triggers responsible for the disease. Avoid fish oil, fish, prawns, chicken, eggs, cashew nuts, soya protein, banana, cow milk..etc in food stuffs. Avoid contact with suspected allergens like housedust mite, pollens, grass, woolen cloths and carpet, sowp, detergent,perfume...etc. I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like cetirizine till itching is relieved. Take oral steroid in tapering dose. Apply steroid cream on the affected areas. Take treatment under observation of doctor.
Hope this helps.
