What Are The Red Spots On My 16 Months Old Son's Face?

my 16 month old son has red spots all over his face, the dr told me to give him benadryl so I did and then 1 week later the spots that were there had grown larger they were multiplying, the dr then gave him an antibitotic but after 3 days the spots are still there...help

By what you quote I feel it could be an eczema or allergy of the skin and it requires only moisturizers. Unless there is pus there or fever there is no need for antibiotics.
