What Are The Red Spots On My Daughter's Body?

My daughter is 7momths old, she had a fever from Thursday afternoon until Saturday night.today is Sunday and she now has red spots on her neck, chest, stomach and back and seems to have a sore the ought and won't eat. She is also teething with two teeth coming in at the moment... What could this be?
