What Are The Red Spots On The Roof Of My Son's Mouth?

My 2yr old son had red spots on the roof of his mouth and two small sore like spots on his tongue. He didnt want to eat much because he told me it burned. He has a heat bump looking bumps on the tops of his feet(skin colored). He ate better today. He is having regular bowel movements. No fever. Please help.

Hello, Welcome to HCM.

I understand your concern aboit your child , as you are telling red spot on roof of mouth and tongue it can be thermal burn , this happen when we eat hot food or hot drinks .

Dont worry you can consult your child specialist and give syrup of vitamin B complex twice daily for one week .

Dont give spicy food give plain food to eat .
