What Are The Risk Factors Of Having Bradycardia?

What are the risk factors of having Bradycardia, I noticed this year that my heart rate was lower than usual, though I did start playing more cardio active sports like basketball and such? Sometimes I feel tired and a little out of breath but other than that I have been playing basketball and sports a lot. Is it something to worry about?

Hello
Welcome to HCM. Thanks for posting your query. I understand your concerns.

Bradycardia as heart rate less than 60 is commonly seen physiologically in athletes and in old age.

No need to worry. Shortness of breath is due to work out you do. If you are experiencing chest pain along with it you need to ECG to rule out any cardiac problems.

Hope this helps you.
Thank you
