What are the risks exercise wise, when you have a Right bundle branch block and echocardiogram revealed mild tricuspid valve regurgitation.
Age 39, physically presenting with a bit of pain in the chest, was told it's chostchondrial; slightly swollen ankles, easily out of breath (also with uncontroled asthma) and feeling dizzy from time to time especially on effort.
Last time it happened when I was swimming, I had a lot of pressure on the chest and felt out of breath even though I'm a good swimmer and have been swimming for ages! I had to stop. Do I need to watch out on anything?
