What Are The Side Eefects Of Coversyl?

Hi, I am a 42 year old female. I have a slightly dilated left ventricle. minimal MR and mild TR IVC is not dilated and collapses well on inpiration. My stress test came back normal. I am very fit and keep track of what I eat and drink. I was presribed coversyl 5mg. After reading the side effects I decided to ask for a second opinion. found them awfull. dont have high blood pressure it's more on the low side. What should I do?
