What Are The Side Effects For Using Clavam 625 During Pregnancy?

my wife , 25 years of age is almost 3 mnths in pregnant,it appears she has a CYST in the left adnexia19.2x20.0 mm. the doctor presribed clavam 625 using 2 tablets for 5 days. what side effects and posibility of miscarriage Can it be removed? or can it only be cured by using medicines? in the beginning she had pain down in the stomach,she had a bt gigh temperature, and feeling weak, and vomitting now and than (also before using medicine) plse help her out, cause she is worried....
