I awoke this evening sweating with redness on bottom of my hands and mild minor joint aches. I drank a lot of water and can t seem to sleep and am scared I had a reaction. HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Joint and muscle pain can occur in the cough and cold, flu. Rash can also be seen in viral illness.

The symptoms are likely part of the cold that you state you are experiencing.

If you experience any symptoms of an allergic reaction (itching, swelling, redness) then you should take an oral antihistamine.

I hope this helps
