What Are The Side Effects Of Clopilet, Ecosprin And Atorsave?

Hi Sir, My age is 25 and last year in september I got LAD blockage in my heart. I have been treated at Fortis Chennai. My LAD is blocked 100% it seems and it has resulted in heart attack and they have done angioplasty for me and deployed xience xpedition stent in my heart. I am now using clopilet 75 mg (1-0-1) ecosprin 150mg(0-1-0) and atorsave D 80mg(0-0-1). I wanted to know are there any side effects with these medicines and I am student and I was my college topper and now I am facing difficulty in my studies. I lost my memory little bit and I am feeling inactive all the time. Please tell me some remedy for this. I also wanted to know what is the lifetime of the stent and tell me exactly how many I can live. I also wanted to know whether my heart muscle is damaged or not.

dear patient. i understand your problem .clopilet, ecospirin and atorsave do not affect the brain function. Probably you have become a little bit slow because you got little depressed because of heart attack. thinking too much about it can affect your normal brain functioning. The stent used is of very good quality and can last for three years or more in life. That doesnt mean you need another stent as long as the LAD is open and you take your medicines regularly. nobody can say how many stents you need in your lifetime. it depends on the situation at that time.
a 2d echo can tell how much is your heart muscle is damaged. but since you underwent succesfull angioplasty, and your blood pressure and heart rate are normal, means the damage was minimal.and your heart has recovered. You need to strictly follow your diet and you will lead a healthy and normal life.
hope i have answered your question.
have a good day and good health.
