What Are The Side Effects Of Corticosteroid Inhaler?

I m taking corticosteroid inhaler and I have noticed my appetite has changed and my eating has increased, also can the corticosteroid cause a problem with my thyroid that has non cancer nodules? What can I take for my problem other than what I m taking now?

Hello,

corticosteroid inhalers are not supposed to cause appetite problems. They don't have anything to do with thyroid nodules either. If your doctor believes that you need corticosteroids then you have to take them. There are no alternatives to them. Perhaps you can try an alternative corticosteroid regimen. I cannot suggest one because you haven't mentioned what you're taking right now, but I'm sure your doctor will inform you about that.
