What Are The Side Effects Of Diane 35?

I had my period last February 7, 2015 and i take diane 35 on the 10th of February until on the 13th and stopped taking it. This month i still don t have my period but I had no sexual activity since the first day of February until now. Is it a side effect of diane 35?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The diane would not have an effect months after you stopped taking it so there would likely be another cause for your period delay.

Other causes of delayed periods are: (1)polycystic ovarian syndrome- this is one of the more common causes. Can be checked by blood tests or imaging (usually an ultrasound)

(2)high prolactin levels

(3)emotional or physical illness

(4)abnormal levels of thyroid hormone

(5)excess activity or inadequate diet

You may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment.

I hope this helps
