What Are The Side Effects Of Durajoint And Dolonex?

Dear Sir, My wife is taking Durajoint (50+750 mg) with Dolonex - Ratido for her knee problem. But it will effect as Red Urine and she feel hormonal changes (as off mood, sadness, pain as occurs during monepause ,etc). whihc drug give this effect please guide Arvind 0000 YYYY@YYYY

Thank you for trusting HCM.
First one is supposed to help replenishing the joint, the second is a NSAIDS which might lead to kidney problems, but non of them is supposed to affect mood changes.
please refer to her treating doctor and check on her kidney function with kidney function test.
