What Are The Side Effects Of Ferium XT Tablets ?

ferium XT tablet does it have any kind of side effects? after taking these tablets like dompan ,ferium Xt suddenly i have started lactating and i am 20 years old.

Ferium XT is an iron and folic acid tablet, Dompan is domperdione and Pantoprazole, none of these drugs are known to cause lactation. Please approach a gynaecologist to rule out increased Prolactin levels in you
