What Are The Side Effects Of Frisium?

My name is merlin, my son age is one and half, when he is suffering from fever, his body temperature gone in high, suddenly he is affected from shivering, as per doctor consultation we give the frisum 5 tablet. Shall we give two tablets per day. Is any side effects come my baby?

Your query and concern is appreciated, Frisium 5 is a benzodiazepine group of medicine and it is not to reduce the body temperature, but it is being given when the child is a history of febrile convulsion if no history of febrile convulsion is there then it should not be given, the main side effects of this drug is sedation, respiratory depression, the dose of this can not be repeated but consult the doctor in case of continue fit symptoms hope this information helps.
