What Are The Side Effects Of Hydralazine Dosage?

My niece is on hydralazine , carvedilol, bisacodyl, isosorbide, pantoprazole, labetalol, she has an enlarged heart high blood pressure and kidney issues. The major problem are the side effects from the hydralazine. Her Blood pressure is coming down but is there another alternative she can take medication wise?

Common side effect of Hydralazine are:
- Arm, back, or jaw pain
- chest pain or discomfort
- chest tightness or heaviness
- fast, pounding, or irregular heartbeat or pulse
- nausea
-sweating
