Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain
Mometasone furoate is a steroid and long term use of steroid on skin can have deleterious side effects and can lead to skin atrophy, inflammation, rashes,
hyperpigmentation, dilated veins under skin etc..
So you should limit the use of steroid based creams and gradually stop using the same under supervision of a trained dermatologist..
On the other hand Isotaone contains
Isotretinoin that is a retinoid and long term use can have side effects like dry lips , skin, mouth, cracked skin and nails, dizziness and
nervousness etc..
Although it is been advised to individuals for months without any side effects but there should be a limit of duration for which it should be taken..
So my advise would be to
consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you appropriate topical medications for maintaining a good skin and avoid deleterious effects on body and skin..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
