General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

LCZ is an antihistamine commonly used to treat symptoms associated with allergy and cold. Its common side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, increased heart beats, constipation, urinary retention, and blurring of the vision. I advise you to consult your doctor for an effective alternate but a safer medicine to treat chronic urticaria like oral prednisone.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
