Hello! I know what i m about to say may seem inresponsible on my part, and i applogize in advance. Last night, approximently 17 hours ago, I smoke roughly 150mg of methamphetamines. I didn t experience any abnormal side effects at the time. But about 7 hours ago, 10 hours after i used the drug, i started to experience chest discomfort; right in the middle and just a little to the left. The discomfort was enhanced when taking in deep breaths, but not unbearble. I would rate the discomfort at a 1 or 2, out of 10. I also noticed there was also discomfort/difficulty when swallowing- both solids and liquids. I noticed pain on my throat while palpating, only the lower portion. My throat isn t sore if there s no outside influence. About an hour after I experienced the unwanted side effects, I took 1.75mg of xanax. I took a nap after i felt sedated from the xanax; roughly 45 minutes. I was awoken up because of pains from my chest. The pain is now at a 6 out of 10 when stationary and there s more pain now when i make any movements. The pain is constantly there now, as compared to before- when it only caused discomfort during deep breaths. There also seems to be some swelling on the left side of my chest. I m not sure if it s because my muscle isn t balanced, because i m left handed. I do workout on a regular basis, so I wouldn t think it ll be that unproportional; it s almost a 2-1 ratio in size difference. I m not experiencing any pain when palpating my chest. I also wanted to add that when i was palpating around my neck, only on the right side, it felt like there was some kind of fluid there; starts from my trap muscle, all the way to my collar bone. I m not sure if this is related to it. The left side of my neck felt completely normal. I also ingested approximently 200mg of cocaine, over the two days prior to my use of the methamphetamine. I m very sorry that you have to anwser such an unappropriate question and i really appreciate what you guys are doing for myself and others. I don t typically get involed in these activities but my peers included me in thier gathering; spring break. I really hope my poor decision doesn t cause any permanent damage. I will be going to a doctor, regardless if it improves or not; mainly for my neck. But i wanted to wait a day or two and see if the the other issues improve, unless you recommend otherwise. Thank You, Steven
