What Are The Side Effects Of Microlut Tablets?

My last child is now 6. I have been on microlut tablets for 5 months now. First coupl of months I bleed only once a month fot 5-7 days. Last 2 months I have been hhavng my period every 2 weeks for 5-7 days.....I am under a massive amoun of stress as I have just seperated from my husband job hhome etc etc. Could this be the a cause for 2 weekly bleeds?????
